Hourglass, 15 min - Lilac

I’ve been using this lilac hourglass for my morning breathing exercises, and the way the sand falls is so smooth it’s almost hypnotic. It sits nicely on my desk, and the 15-minute mark is perfect for a quick reset before work.

Got this for my lunch-break meditations and the lilac glass is prettier in person than in the photos. The 15 minutes fly by without me checking the clock once, and the sand trickles at just the right pace for a focused session.
